A Message from the Chief
Welcome to the new Penn Township Fire Department website! We are pleased to have started this site to serve the citizens as well as business owners of the Township.
As you browse through the site you will see a work in progress. We have many things that we want to share with our “customers” and we will be adding more and more to the site as time goes on.
First of all you should read the brief history of the now “one” Penn Township Fire Department. This will give you and idea of why and where we are today.
Browse through the Photo Gallery of old pictures of our firefighters in action.
Then view our monthly training calendar to see what topics we train on each week.
Follow that up by viewing our four fire stations, apparatus and personnel. This will give you an idea of the people who are serving you with pride and dedication, as well as the facilities and equipment that you have graciously provided us with helping us do our job, and do it well! Feel free to email any of us with questions. We will be glad to help you out any way we can.
We will also be posting Public Service announcements in our PSA section. Please read these as they will change regularly and keep you informed on hot topics.
Lastly we will be posting a survey in the Citizen Survey section. Please fill that out and give us your thoughts and input as to what you think of our services, as well as what services you would like to see us provide.
The men and women of the Penn Township Fire Department are a dedicated group of people who volunteer their time to responding to calls as well as training long and hard hours to prepare themselves when our services are called upon. We express our deep appreciation to everyone in the Township, citizens and business owners alike, that support us through your hard earned tax dollars as well as other donations to the Firefighters Association. Again, your support is greatly appreciated!
